Our store is open from 08.00 to 19.00 Moscow time. We deliver orders anywhere in the Russian Federation.

We work with the transport company CDEK.

The items you ordered will be well packaged. When placing an order, quality control of the packaging and the product itself is carried out.

We ship orders on the terms of 100% prepayment. 

Return and exchange of good quality goods

The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within 14 days.
If the consumer refuses the goods after paying for the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the costs of delivery of the goods.
The consumer also has the right to exchange goods of good quality for a similar product if the goods did not fit for any reason (in shape, dimensions, color, size or configuration), within 14 days, not counting the day of transfer. If a similar product is not available for sale on the day of the consumer's request, the consumer has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract of sale and demand the return of the amount paid for the product, except for the costs of delivery of the product.

By agreement of the parties, the exchange of goods may be provided for when a similar product goes on sale.

Return of goods of good quality is possible if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved.

Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality

We love our work, and our china, but still occasionally come across a product with minor defects caused by transportation, or the influence of other external factors. The buyer has the right to make claims for the battle only at the time of receipt of the goods. Receipt of the goods from the courier without remarks deprives the Buyer of the right to subsequently file claims for the fight. In the event that a product breakage is detected at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, we offer two ways out of the situation:

1. The client does not pay and fills out an act on the return of the entire order.

2. In the case of a partial fight, the client can pay for the entire order and draw up an act with the courier to reimburse the broken positions. Next, the client contacts us, sends a photo of broken positions, after which we send a replacement at our own expense.

Other terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on the website of the online store of the Dulevo Porcelain Factory:

• All prices are in rubles
• We reserve the right to change the prices of advertised goods and services until the order is confirmed
• The order can be canceled by the buyer at any time before delivery
• If your order cannot be filled, you will be offered an alternative. You can also leave a request for the product you are interested in, if it is not available
• All orders are processed within 12 hours.
• We make every effort to ensure the complete confidentiality of information about you and your order
